BILLING SYSTEM FOR TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY
The CRM together with the financial accounting system and HelpDesk for Internet service provider were completely developed in 2013. Presently it is on the technical support.
The system is integrated with the switching equipment of the provider to analyze user activity and online connection/disconnection of the clients.
The system HelpDesk (processing of clients applications and work orders) was implemented.
Using the GIS (openstreetmap + openlayer) allowed to visualize the location of the equipment and tracks for laying cabling channels and keeping this important information of the provider up-to-date.
